Due to the size and fragility of the items on sale, they will all be sent by either Royal Mail's Special Delivery next day signed for service or Parcel Force 48. Special Delivery is guaranteed delivery by 1pm. Please have the item/s sent to an address where it can be signed for.
If upon receipt of an item, you find it is broken, then please contact me as soon as possible. The special delivery service covers items up to £500 in value with insurance so I will be able to make a claim for damaged items, and you will either receive a replacement or a refund depending on which you prefer. You will be required to keep all original packaging as RM may require to see it when handling the claim.
Items will be sent double boxed for protection from damage and will also have fragile stickers on them warning the courier of the fraglity.
I now charge a maximum of £10 postage for multiple items upto a weight of 3kg (5+ items) above which the delivery will then be £15 for Parcel Force 48, you will be refunded the difference accordingly via paypal as paypal can't cope with two different payment levels for this site and my jewellery site.
Please bear in mind that for 1-5 made to order items, from receipt of order to delivery will be two weeks.
Any items in stock will be listed with the number available. For in stock items, dispatch will be in 1-2 days (mon-fri).
If you would like to send me your order by post with a cheque, then you may do so. Please remember that items will not be sent out until the cheque has cleared. My address is on the terms and conditions page.
