"I/me/we" refers to Jess Trevett and "you" refers to you the customer.

Although this website may be viewed be anyone, the content of the website, and it products and services featured are only directed at and are available to and for use by residents of the the UK.

Website Descriptions

Care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, prices, and images are correct. I have tried to ensure that all colours are as accurate as possible, but the images will not take into account the slight differences in your monitor. All prices and offers are subject to availability, errors and omissions excepted.

Ordering

To select your choice, please use the drop down menu and select from the choice presented. Care has been taken to name the products to make this as obvious as possible. If you are unsure about the ordering system, please do not hesitate to contact me by email. If you do not wish to order online, then you can email me with your order (make sure you include the size and style) and you can send me a cheque to the address below. Please do not forget to include the postage. If you are unsure of the postage then drop me a line and i will get back to you as soon as possible.

 Delivery

Minimum delivery time from receipt of order is 2 weeks for non stock items. This allows me to purchase any supplies I have run out of. If I already have all the supplies I need then delivery time will be less. You will be contacted on the day of dispatch. All items will be securely wrapped before dispatch (see postage and packing for more information). Due to the fragility and weight of the goods ordered, all items will be sent by Royal Mail's Special Delivery Next Day service. This is a signed for service where delivery is guaranteed by 1pm next day.

Defective Goods

All customers will examine goods on receipt and notify me in writing by email within 7 days of receipt. Please do not send things back to me without contacting me first, and please obtain proof of posting before sending anything. You will then have the choice of cancelling your order and obtaining a refund minus postage costs or you may request another similar item to be sent. Due to the nature of the glass, the replacement item will not be an exact replica but will be a similar as physically possible.

Cancellation or Returns

If you wish to cancel an order, no questions asked, then you may do so for a full refund within 2 days of your order. If you wish to return an item, you may do so within 14 days of receipt for a refund minus the postage costs. You must inform me in writing by email, and the item must be in unused and undamaged condition, and returned in its original packaging. Please obtain proof of postage before sending anything. 

Privacy Policy

When submitting your order you are confirming to purchase goods and allowing me to use your personal details for the purpose of supplying goods. Any information given at the time of order may be used for marketing purposes by me only. You will not be contacted by me unless it is to do directly with your order. Paypal is a secure card processor that encrypts your personal card information so that it cannot be viewed by anybody (including me). Your details will not be passed onto/sold/rented to any third parties for any reason. If you have any questions or concerns regarding privacy, please contact me.
